Casa Antigua is a well established professionally run Dog Kennels and Cattery located between Gata de Gorgos and Jesus Pobre. The kennels have been caring for Dogs & Cats for many years and maintain an excellent reputation for high quality pet care. The well equipped Kennels & Cattery is run by Mel & Sue who provide a first class, comfortable “Home from Home” for your pet.

The Kennels
Every dog has its own private inside play area and a large exercise area where they can socialise or enjoy their own privacy.
Dogs are never mixed unless we know them, or until we have had time to supervise their behaviour in their new environment. Dogs are exercised twice a day and visited regularly in order to check on their wellbeing and to give them that extra bit of love.
The kennels are cleaned and disinfected every morning and checked on at least three times a day to remove any excrement.
The staff makes sure that your dogs are comfortable and are more than happy to talk to you about any particular need your animal may have. Customers are encouraged to bring their dog’s own bed and a favourite toy to help with the settling-in period.

The Cattery
They have pens to suit all types of personality – consequently, should your cat require peace and tranquillity or an environment where there is plenty going on, they can provide either option. All Pens are spacious and secure and they offer a choice of indoor and outdoor accommodation.
Cats are cleaned and allowed out of their pens twice a day and, if requested, are groomed daily.

The Food
The team at Casa Antigua is committed to making sure your pets receive the best diet possible, consequently, they exclusively use Royal Canin food products. However, should your pet have any special dietary requirements or a need to be administered medication, they are happy to follow your instructions.

The health of your pet.
All pets are required to hold an up to date vaccination certificate and is required to be left during your pets’ stay. Sue is a qualified Canine Therapist and is fully qualified in Pet First Aid and the administration of medication
Casa Antigua is fully licensed and insured and, as such, complies with the exacting standards of care and hygiene as laid down by the region of Valencia They take the healthcare of your pet very seriously and, as such, require that all animals have proof of up-to-date vaccinations. In the case of dogs, we strongly recommend that you protect them against Kennel Cough.
